foreign countries, legal employment agency, legal advice to the migrants, better insurance, professional advice in better suited jobs for individuals. We give our students proper tutorials on their working and human rights according to the Ethiopian and International labour laws.
We give basic language training according to the country of work destination, we prepare them for the job by providing job-training, social skill training, skill training, mental and physical preparation, most importantly the culture/religion training and how to adapt in the country of destination e.g. If the trainee is going to an Arab country where Islam is their religion we educate them by answering questions like What is Islam/Muslim? Etc. The reason why Filipinos and Indonesian labourers get well paid and treated with respect, is because they receive our kind of training in their countries and then allowed to leave only after passing the necessary tests. This way we insure the safety of our trainee and support the Ethiopian labour ministry with tackling vital problems. We also have happy families who worry about their loved ones, whose main reason to leaving there home and country is to provide for their families.
THE MAIN AIM AND OBJECTIVES OF A NEW START:
 A New Start provides appropriate representation with employers, agents/brokers and government authorities.
 A New Start will serve as a link between family, agents and employer.
 Monitoring of daily situation, circumstances and activities affecting migrant workers.
 Networking with institutions and universities. We provide interns with practical work environments for at least a year and help find suitable jobs within Africa or any international countries.
 Job-Coaching, Job-Training, Job-Matching and Job-Finding.
 We provide comprehensive Job-Training Education Program for household service workers, graduated nurses with (COC) certification, construction workers sale/acquisition workers (supermarket, bar tender, messenger, etc) security workers, baby sitter, domestic workers, professional cleaners.
 The country of destination specific orientation training. Participants are trained with a comprehensive information/profile of the job- culture, job- norms and job- values, rules, laws, health and safety, and the necessary procedures in the country of destination
 Comprehensive job training in Languages, Arabic, English, French, Italian etc. (speaking and listening).
 Ergo Therapy, teaching how to work in a relaxed manner in your job places without damaging your body (example, how to stand and bend, how to lift weights, how to use sharp things such as knife, etc).
 Stress Management (What can you do against stress?)
 Prepare them for their new life in the country of destination. The culture, values and norms. Lifestyle of the country of destination. What kind of clothes you are allowed to wear?
