“Active Arabic” Program

This program has been designed to teach modern Fusha’ Arabic language to school and university students, employees in companies, employees working in commercial sector, in addition to politicians, and other non-native speakers interested in learning Arabic.

This program seeks to help student reach to the level where he/she can communicate, both in knowledge and education, and achieve the basic language skills in reading, writing, listening, conversation.

The program focuses on mixing between theoretical learning and several social activities, in addition to promoting interaction among Arabic non-native speakers and local native speakers through the concept of “Language Friend / Partner”.

Program levels: 8 levels:
- First preliminary level
- Second preliminary level
- First beginner level
- Second beginner level
- First intermediate level
- Second intermediate level
- First Advanced level
- Second advanced level

Number of hours:
Each level 75 teaching hours, total of 600 teaching hours for all levels.

Textbook:
Mother Tongue (Al Lisan Al Um)

Courses:
- Normal course: 3 hours a day, 5 days a week: from Sunday to Thursday.
- Intensive course: 4 hours a day, 5 days a week: from Sunday to Thursday.
- At Ease Course: 2 hours a day, 3 days a week: Saturday, Monday, Wednesday or Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.

Study hours:
Student in normal and at ease courses can choose either morning hours or evening hours.

Certificates:
Student at the completion of the level gets a certificate from the center certified from the Ministry of Culture.
