Reviews of The Housing Bank for Trade & Finance

Beware to all foreigners especially anyone planning to invest in Jordan from the USA, to not use Housing Bank. There are better choices in Jordan for banking. First they gave me the run arounds from one side to another plus make me wait (as they knew about my reason and why I was their).
Apparently they have their own policies and if they don’t accept your debit card, they will destroy it and not return to the rightful owner. As a business man and considering on investing in Amman, they made my travel very tough. They have no signs or indicators for not to use foreign cards on their ATM machines. Poor customer service as instead of listening or checking, they argued. Avoid them at all cost.
