Arab Community College - Amman

The Arab Community College is a private intermediate university college with special and public accreditation. It is one of the first community colleges in Jordan.
The Arab Community College was established in 1980 by elite education and thought leaders in Jordan. Its founders realized that the potential of the rapid developments taking place in Jordan and the Arab region at the time, and the need for qualified technical cadres in various specialties to prepare and implement development plans. So the college was established to contribute to the national efforts in preparing and training personnel in different fields of work.
The Arab Community College was chosen by its founders to show the cultural, intellectual and educational content.
The cultural content is represented by its being a college open for all the Arab world people and students.
The educational content is represented by its aligning with the new trend in education, where it blends theory and practice in higher education, with an emphasis on the practical side rather than on the theoretical side which is employed in the traditional university study.
