5-Discussing terms, rates and conditions with potential insurers in the Sudanese market to get the best offers (Assets, Properties, Vehicles, Projects, P.A., life, Pension, Medical …extra).
6- Prepare a complete report to the client on the most adequate offer presented by the insurance companies at the time agreed upon with the client. Hold meetings with the client to tune the conditions stated in the selected offer to the advantage of the client.
7- To transmit the instructions of the client to the selected insurance company by providing them with proper data & documentation for issuance of the policies. Be sure that all conditions are in conformity with the offer initially presented.
8- Full responsibility of claims handling in all insurance types with the insurance companies, from the preparation of the claim file and the delivery of all documents pertaining to any claim, and accelerates the settlement of these claims at the best and quickest manner and provides the client with regular reports about the status of all claims.

Usually we assign a team from a senior account manager and two junior employees for each file to handle the day to day requests, prepare the client files and respond to any query the client may have.
