Responsibilities
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate with current and potential clients via telephone, email, online chat, or social media.
Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines.
Address any questions or issues customers may have.
Researching required information using available resources, keeping up to date on all products, and informing customers of new products.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design is a plus.
Perfect command in English.
Ability to multi-task.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to use the tools available in our platform to deliver the best service possible.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
