Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's comprehensive range of flexible packaging solutions and products within the assigned portfolio.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target industries by actively prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Forge relationships with new clients and maintain existing client relationships through excellent communication, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
- Coordinate closely with other departments, such as supply chain, design,
logistics, and planning, to ensure seamless alignment and the achievement of sales targets. - Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client presentations to showcase the company's products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Detergents, Tobacco, Pharmaceuticals, or Plastics & Polymers industries.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using sales-related software and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within the region to meet with clients.
