Reviews of Smart Buy - Amman

SmartBuy has one of the worst customer care in Jordan, I sent my Iomega hard drive for inspection and for that they said that it will be sent to the company for inspection and that I'd receive a call in the next four days. I haven't had any call from them for 17 days and decided to go there in person, but was told to come back two days later. The 19th day I was also told to come back four days later and this went on for another two more times until almost a month has passed where in the receipt they made you sign the first day states that SmartBuy loses all responsibility of the product after a month, now after quite a quarrel with the director and the employees who repeatedly were quite offensive and insolent, gave the hard drive back with the cable stolen, the case missing and not even an inspection sheet stating the problems found. So if anyone finds the need to send an item for repair or inspection, preferably find the company's retailer and give it to him instead.
