Responsibilities

• Candidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
• Implement new features and workflows.
• Improve end-to-end and functional test performance.
• Improve unit test coverage.
• Create and maintain robust, scalable, & operable software solutions.
• Create and maintain appropriate design artifacts and documentation so as to enable broad team participation.
• Communicate complex technical designs and solutions in a clear, concise, and easily readable format by both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Help in effectively decomposing feature implementation into associated tasks for planning & tracking purposes as part of a delivery team.
• Communicate effectively with local and remote team members.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of application design and development processes, methodologies, and their direct implementation to applications projects.
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of front-end implementations in an enterprise architecture environment.
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API's.
• Strong functional knowledge or hands-on experience with Web Services (REST) is needed to be successful in this position.
• Must have strong programming, code development, code debugging and testing skills, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in JS frameworks.
• JavaScript experience.
• Experience testing JavaScript code.
• Strong grasp of security principles.
