Job vacancy Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to Environment, Health,
• Safety, Sustainability to prevent personnel, asset or societal loss.
• Act as an expert and support the production and supporting teams for all queries related to the product quality/ process / systems used in production.
• Create and develop supporting documentation to simplify the transfer of knowledge and facilitate production data management.
• Act as a single point of contact for leading global/regional productivity initiatives.
• Conduct Loss Analysis of key productivity KPIs and develop an action plan to eliminate the gap.
• Lead/participate in the Productivity Office as an SME or Project leader to eliminate loss.
• Lead stock count activities for the factory with the support of relevant parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably industrial.
• 2+ years’ experience in production.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Integrated working system knowledge.
• Communication Skills.
• Problem Solving Skills.
• Decision Making.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
