Qualifications

• 3-7 Years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree of Law.
• Provide sound legal advice promptly to employees.
• Following up on Laws and Regulations related to the company business.
• Support all company departments with the needed advice, feedback, and legal documents.
• Insure that the client's contractual, Providers agreements. Employees' contracts, legal activities … etc comply with laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and amend various types of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Bilingual.
• Research effectively and respond promptly and reliably to internal and external requests for advice, specifically about corporate, and regulatory inquiries, contracts, and commercial regulations, as needed.
• Guiding on issues related to compliance with employment laws and regulations.
