Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
• Prescribing medication and administering appropriate treatments.
• Monitoring and managing chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, etc.
• Refer employees to external healthcare providers or specialists when necessary for further evaluation or treatment.
• Provide immediate medical care and first aid treatment to employees who sustain injuries or fall ill during work hours.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of treatments provided to employees.

Requirements

• A medical degree is necessary.
• Previous experience in occupational health, primary care, or emergency medicine is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, sound medical decisions in emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employee.
