Responsibilities
- Implement a marketing and sales strategy for products to meet established sales and market share targets.
- Manage the product line from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Provide in-depth market, industry, and competitive analysis and positioning.
- Work closely with the sales team, and track and analyze product sales figures.
- Specify market requirements for current and future products.
- Develop and implement a marketing communications plan.
- Coordinate all brand marketing activities working with all departments to execute.
- Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs and event campaigns.
- Control marketing & promotional expenditures within agreed budgets.
- Focused on brand building.
Qualifications
- A university degree, or master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus.
- At least 5 years experience in marketing in FMCG.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (fluent in English and Arabic).
- High interpersonal skills.
- The analytical, self-initiative, result oriented.
- Flexible, committed, and passionate about the job Proficiency in MS Office applications.
