Job vacancy Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define the strategy, requirements and influence the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the software applications, systems, services and other technology projects end-to-end.
• Work closely with engineering, business operations, and product teams to drive program execution for critical initiatives across the Payments business.
• As a key contributor throughout the engineering lifecycle, you will ensure consistent delivery of high quality software and influence technical decisions on architecture and implementation of software systems and services.
• You thrive in entrepreneurial environments and are not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
• You understand the customer and work backwards to define roadmaps and drive execution across stakeholders.
• You clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross functional and remote project teams as well as have the ability to influence cross-team and from individual contributors to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with program stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs Plan and coordinate events including facilitation and action item management.
• Build business and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvements.
• Effectively use internal analytics and support tools to develop dashboards, identify risks to deliver commitments and drive corrective actions and resolution.
• Prioritize workstreams to deliver technical, operational and product feature improvements.
• Apply exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external audiences to ensure product/feature roadmap is met.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in Payments, working with Card Networks or Banking partners.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
