Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings by taking minutes and distributing relevant materials.
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for team meetings or company-wide events.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
