Responsibilities

• Create strategic plans and roadmaps for IT initiatives, considering long-term impact and scalability.
• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Implement and maintain robust IT security measures to safeguard organizational data.
• Prepare and present regular reports on IT program performance to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the NGO sector.
• Strong project management skills, and familiarity with IT systems and infrastructure.
• Previous experience within the healthcare sector is a plus.
