Responsibilities

• Develop complex inventory control and warehouse strategies.
• Manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficient product flow and distribution.
• Utilize technology systems to optimize stock levels and operational metrics.
• Lead and supervise team members.
• Manage budgets and costs.
• Collaborate with the logistics team and suppliers minimizing transit costs by improving performance.
• Provide insights and regular reports on stock movement and KPIs.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven 6+ years of experience in warehouse management, ideally within the logistics and transportation industry.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies
• Strong organization skills and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
