Responsibilities
- Will work closely with the HR Manager, Personnel Support Supervisor, Recruitment and Payroll Specialists
- Provide HR process support for employees, to include new hire/transfer processing, employee records, health insurance, recruitment, immigration, training administration, and special pay processing.
- Work closely with Payroll to establish precedent and communicate changes resulting from pay practice updates/changes.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to explain personnel policies, compensation, benefit group, etc.; update employees on policy and law changes as applicable and as required.
- Administer and explain benefits to employees, assist with benefits enrolment, and with HR or Payroll related questions and issues.
- directly with the entire HR team in addition to all employees and functional leads. Maintain and update HR databases and manual filing systems, submit reports as required.
- Manage document flow, and maintain all personnel documentation in compliance with UAE/Jordan law and corporate document retention requirements (personnel files, visa requirements, Social Security applications, Medical Insurance).
- Assist in employee documentation confirmation, employee verifications.
- Facilitate employee documentation requirements.
- Attend to other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in associated discipline (Business Administration is preferable).
- Five years at least full-time work experience in an HR Generalist position preferred.
- Background in HR/Personnel Support, handling extensive issues of HR (Insurance, Job Descriptions, Appraisals
Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, etc.) is highly desirable. - Good verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

- Able to demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Good computer skills (MS Office programs).
- Experience in HRIS software's a distinct advantage.
