Reviews of Robina Studio - Amman

Last week we had a photo session for our LD, we requested to print 25 pics, which includes a CD with soft copy of the printed photos. Checking the CD, I found very low resolution (72 pix) copy of our photos, which doesn't allow you to view on a large screen. Calling the studio, my wife has been told it costs 5JD extra for each full resolution photo. Although, this is so weird policy, we have never been notified before the session and it is not mentioned in the receipt.
Unfortunately, this kind of terrible customer service is very common from businesses in Arabic countries. They build their rules based on assumption that "customers don't know", instead of being successful because your customers knew their rights. All of us should do our best to stop this kind of manipulation, if we really love our countries. Writing a review is one of the easies things we should do to express our objection.
