Call their cellphone number, because the land line wasn't working for some reason. I talked to Nasir, great guy, gave me excellent prices. I shopped around for about an hour until I talked to them. Highly recommended if you are on a budget. Still haven't seen the quality of their print outs, but I can't imagine they wouldn't be the standard quality you find anywhere else at least.
