Al-Dawliyah For Hotels & Malls - Amman

In 1995, Al-Dawliyeh for Hotels and Malls PLC (MALL) was founded as a subsidiary of AIHO with the goal of constructing and managing properties under the Sheraton brand. The following year, MALL purchased a piece of land in west Amman on the fifth circle with the intention of building the first Sheraton hotel in the country. Construction began in 1996 after detailed designs and plans had been drawn up. By 2001, the hotel was up and running, making it the first Sheraton and Starwood Group Hotel in Jordan. MALL is a public company with a paid-up capital of JD 43 million and shareholders' equity of JD 57 million as of the end of 2017.
